Online Registration

On January 20, 2012 the Archdiocesan Office of Youth Ministry will be sending a group of youth to Washington DC to witness to the Dignity of All Life from conception to natural death!  This pilgrimage is entitled The Way, The Truth, and The Life because it is through JESUS that we will find direction, answers, and authentic love.  Do you want to be part of this pilgrimage?  If you are answering, "YES," to this read on to learn more.

• The trip is for all HIGH SCHOOL teens and chaperones (Because programming is geared towards high school aged teens we cannot take 8th graders. Sorry for the inconvenience.)
• We will be leaving from Ascension Parish in Chesterfield. We will leave on  Friday evening, January 20, 2012 and return to Ascension on Tuesday, January 24, 2012.
•  We will be staying at the Doubletree Hotel in Crystal City, Virginia. 
• The March for Life will be on Monday, January 23, 2012. 
• There will be programming each evening and free time for your group to see sites in Washington.
• Chaperone to teen ratio is 6 teens to 1 adult.
• Online registration begins on October 10, 2011 at 10am.

Payment information

Cost of the trip with quad occupancy is $235.00.  If you require a triple, double or single price increases. Deposit of 50.00 per participant is due two weeks after registration.

All spots are transferrable until December 1, 2011. (If you register 35 spots, drop some, and make your final payment before December 1st you may transfer your deposits paid of dropped spots to final payment.)  An invoice will be coming from our office.
